The actual location of the distributed files is up to you. You should probably place them in a location that is convenient for you to access in your development environment. This framework is built to be embedded into your application. The iOS version is built as a universal binary, and should work with all devices as well as the simulator.

If you wish to use this framework in a command line tool, simply place the framework in /Library/Frameworks (or similar) and place the tool in /Library/Tools (or similar). The important factor being placement in a ../Frameworks directory relative to the binary. Future versions of this framework may be built as bundles to work around issues of hard coded paths for frameworks.
